Software Programs Helps Brow Lift Patients Visualize Surgery

Posted by Cosmetic Surgery Review on February 1, 2009

browsBrow lifts are particularly effective for men and women who have sagging skin above the eyelids; these individuals often complain that people think they appear angry or tired, and the brow lift helps create a more youthful, bright-eyed look.  Botox injections can provide temporary relief from the problem, but a brow lift presents a permanent solution.

Still, the procedure has its drawbacks;  surgeons who do not perform the procedure correctly may cause the patient to look too ‘surprised,’ an appearance that can be difficult to hide.

Patients may also ‘test-drive’ a brow lift or facelift using a band-aid like adhesive that sticks to the skin and lifts the skin up while holding it in place. recently tried the “Original Bring It Up” kit to find out what to expect from the average brow lift procedure.  The kit is comprised of clear adhesives that are placed strategically near the hairline; individals can literally raise their brows with this simple, non-invasive devide to get a sneak preview of their more youthful appearance. The kit retails for $19.99, and can also be used for breast enhancement.

The brow lift procedure continues to be one of the most effective anti-aging treatments for baby boomers and seniors who want to freshen up their look.  The procedure helps remove fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, tighten up the skin around the forehead, and creates a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance.

Prospective patients considering the brow lift can turn to software programs to help them visualize the outcome of their procedure; this process may also help surgeons determine the exact incision points needed for natural-looking results.
